Restaurant Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing and successful restaurant chain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff development and training, financial planning and budgeting, menu planning, purchasing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the restaurant complies with local laws and regulations as well as health and safety policies.

The Restaurant Manager should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage staff in a fast-paced environment. They should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. The Restaurant Manager should have an understanding of food service industry trends in order to make informed decisions about menu offerings, promotions, pricing strategies, etc.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position or related field. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider foreign applicants as well as those with no previous experience but interested in learning on the job.

This is a full-time position with competitive salary package of 1000 AED per month plus benefits including health insurance and other incentives.
