Restaurant Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a high level of service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management; inventory control; scheduling; menu planning; training and development; and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have a proven ability to motivate, lead, and provide guidance to employees in order to ensure successful restaurant operations. In addition, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, staff, vendors, suppliers and other departments within the organization. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills in order to resolve customer complaints or issues quickly and efficiently. It is essential that you have experience in the foodservice industry as well as a solid understanding of health regulations and safety standards. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role, with appropriate visa arrangements made before commencement of employment.

The salary on offer is 1200 AED per month.
