Job summary

VivaVibe Productions in El-Ain, UAE seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead all facets of daily operations at our El-Ain venue. You will oversee staff, optimize service flow, and safeguard food quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English, with Arabic being a plus. This role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
Create weekly schedules for staff based on business needs and labor budget.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
