Job summary

Work standard is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of 1,600 AED and a range of benefits while overseeing daily restaurant operations and maintaining service quality.

Ideal candidates will have proven restaurant management experience, leadership abilities, and excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. We offer a protective work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Knowledge of customer service best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is desirable).
Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Supervising the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, from food preparation to customer service.
Ensuring that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Ensuring that customer service is of the highest quality.
