Work standard is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy Abu Dhabi venue. The ideal candidate has at least three years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership and superb communication skills, and a proven ability to hit sales targets while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English required; Arabic knowledge is an asset.
• Must be able to obtain a biometric passport for travel purposes.
• Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain high levels of food safety standards.
