A well-established restaurant in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of a restaurant from customer service to staff management and financial operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including customer service food quality and staff performance
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Train and manage restaurant staff including hiring scheduling and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Create schedules for employees that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals expectations and updates on business operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English Nepali language skills preferred
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability in previous roles
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Salary

Salary 1600$ per month negotiable based on experience
