Job summary

OUTSET COLLECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES EST. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team in a fast-paced Dubai dining environment. You will ensure service standards, manage shifts, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of food safety practices. This role requires availability to work in Dubai and collaboration with a busy service team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience specifically as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong experience in F B restaurant operations.
• Excellent FOH team management and leadership skills.
• Experience with staff scheduling, manpower planning and shift management.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Understanding of P&L, sales costs and basic financial controls.
• Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and team-management skills; available to work in Dubai.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role within a fast-paced dining environment.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene practices.
