Qualifications

Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. Our ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the restaurant
• Train and supervise staff on customer service, food preparation, and sanitation procedures
• Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve overall guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant
• Manage budget, track expenses, and maintain financial records

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role

Salary: $1300 per month (tax-free)
