Job summary

L'ETO GROUP is opening a new restaurant at Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi, and seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to own day-to-day operations, lead the management team, and deliver top-quality guest experiences. You will drive sales, oversee HR, and ensure brand standards across operations.

As a hands-on leader, you will optimize staffing, manage inventory, and maintain safety compliance, while partnering with the Area Manager to report on performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in UAE or Gulf region.
• Proven track record of hitting sales, cost, and profitability targets in a branded F&B environment.
• Strong leadership presence — friendly yet disciplined with the ability to hold a team accountable.
• Willingness to complete ongoing training, tastings, and guidance provided by the company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Syrve POS, with confidence reading and acting on operational reports and back office data.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring brand and service standards.
• Set and drive sales targets across the management team.
• Analyze sales, guest satisfaction, and KPIs, and translate findings into clear action plans.
• Recruit, induct, and develop supervisors and team members, building a strong bench for future growth.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage the full team, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Design and oversee staff scheduling and rostering to balance service levels with labour cost.
• Manage all staff-related HR matters, including leave and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• Own inventory management and supplier relationships, ensuring accurate stock takes and par levels.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency against brand standards.
• Act as final escalation for guest complaints and service recovery.
• Build relationships with regular guests and use feedback for improvement.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all restaurant equipment and assets, coordinating repairs.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to Area Manager.
• Ensure the branch is prepared for internal audits and brand visits.

Job Overview

As Restaurant Manager at L'ETO Group, you will take full ownership of the branch's operational, financial, and staff performance. You will lead the management team, drive commercial results, and ensure the restaurant consistently delivers L'ETO's standards of quality, service, and guest experience — while building a strong, motivated team around you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent execution of L'ETO's brand and service standards
• Set and drive sales targets, including Sales per Head and additional sales, across the management team
• Analyze sales, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs, and translate findings into clear action plans
• Recruit, induct, and develop supervisors and team members, building a strong bench for future growth
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage the full team, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable to them
• Design and oversee staff scheduling and rostering across the branch to balance service levels with labor cost
• Manage all staff-related HR matters, including leave, disciplinary processes, and liaison with HR and payroll
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing requirements at all times, including scheduling staff to undergo food safety trainings
• Own inventory management and supplier relationships, ensuring accurate stock takes, ordering, and par levels
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency against brand standards
• Act as the final point of escalation for guest complaints and service recovery
• Build relationships with regular guests and use guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all restaurant equipment and assets, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to Area Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years' restaurant management experience in the UAE or Gulf region

• Strong leadership presence — friendly yet fair and disciplined, with the ability to hold a team accountable
