Job summary

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts invites applications for a Restaurant General Manager at our ULA Beach Ras Al Khaimah venue. You will lead the F&B team, manage resources and deliver memorable guest experiences in a relaxed beach setting.

Required: a hospitality/F&B degree, minimum 2 years as General Manager for a standalone restaurant or beach club, strong beverage knowledge, and a proactive, service‑minded leadership style. Arabic speakers are preferred.

• Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage.
• Extensive beverage knowledge.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• Service-focused personality with passion for food & beverage.

• Experience in all aspects of Restaurant Service.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning, manage your team and support development.
• Lead, mentor and train the F&B Operations team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; uphold brand standards per SOP and quality measures.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to plan menus, prices and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Focus on guest feedback and continually improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure top-quality food and visual appeal.
• Ensure Heartists understand their role in the department's success.

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in our organic, earthy and grounded beachside restaurant & bar Venue i.e. ULA Beach Ras Al Khaimah.

What You Will Be Doing

• You’ll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained as per our policies, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times.
• Work closely with the respective Chef de Cuisine to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the restaurant in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
• Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
• Ensure all Heartists are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the success of the department

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 2 years' experience as a General Manager for a standalone Restaurant or a Beach Club
• Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
• Should have extensive beverage knowledge
• Preferably Arabic speaker
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Should have proactive approach with eye to details to ensure consistent service across the Restaurant.
• Experienced in all aspects of Restaurant Service
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
