Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager - Restaurant to oversee daily operations, support the Restaurant Manager, and ensure top service standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of F&B experience, leadership capabilities, and strong English communication. You will drive team development, manage budgets, and uphold hygiene and safety to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Management qualification from a recognised hospitality organisation or business school is desirable.
• 4–6 years of experience in reputable standalone restaurants or established organisations.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor teams, plan staffing and coordinate daily operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with very good spoken and written English.
• Ability to monitor budgets, control inventory and waste, and support promotional activities to drive revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations: Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing food and beverage outlets, coordinating service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain service quality: Ensure food presentation, beverage quality and guest service consistently meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Lead and develop the team: Allocate duties, conduct briefings and provide coaching and training to ensure adequate staffing and effective service delivery.
• Monitor financial performance: Review revenue, expenditure and inventory variances, control stock levels and minimise waste to support budget targets.
• Ensure compliance: Maintain food hygiene, health and safety standards, updated operating procedures and accurate records, while supporting operational audits.
