Job summary

ACCOR in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a multidisciplinary content creator to blend design, photography and video. You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to produce assets across print, digital and social platforms supporting campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement and revenue.

The role covers concept development, shoots, editing, motion graphics and AI-assisted tooling, with teamwork across Food & Beverage, Rooms, Recreation and Spa.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with print and digital design and video work.
• Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with colour grading and audio post-production.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts with the Director translating briefs into visual content.
• Design print and digital materials including brochures, menus, ads, presentations.
• Plan and conduct video and photography shoots for accommodation, dining, events and guest experiences.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, stabilisers; capture high-quality footage.
• Edit videos for social campaigns and websites including Reels and Stories.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects for videos and displays.
• Collaborate with social media to align content with campaigns and brand priorities.
• Utilise AI-assisted tools for concept development with human review.
• Manage multiple projects, suppliers and outputs to meet deadlines.
