Job summary

Accor’s Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island seeks a skilled designer-videographer to bring resort experiences to life through compelling visuals. You’ll execute design, shoot and edit across print, digital, and social channels, collaborating with multiple departments and ensuring brand integrity.

You will manage projects from concept to delivery, work with AI-assisted tools while maintaining high production quality, and adapt content for campaigns, websites and events within a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design, videography and video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio with print and digital design, original video, social content and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts with the Director of Marketing & Communications.
• Design print and digital materials (brochures, menus, ads, signage, emails, social assets).
• Plan and conduct video and photography shoots across resort experience categories.
• Prepare storyboards, shot lists and production schedules; coordinate locations and talent.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio and stabilisation equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Edit videos for social media, campaigns, websites and presentations; include colour grading and audio post-production.
• Create motion graphics and promotional animations for videos and digital displays.
• Work with social media team to align content with calendars and brand priorities.
• Use AI-assisted tools for concept development and production; ensure human review and brand compliance.
