Job summary

Accor's Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a talented content designer and videographer to bring its experiences to life. You will work with the Director of Marketing & Communications to create compelling print, digital and social content from concept to delivery.

The role combines graphic design, video shooting, editing and motion graphics across hotel departments, with opportunities to shoot on location, manage multiple projects and use AI-assisted tools under brand

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing print and digital design, video shooting, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong video editing using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with color grading and audio post-production.
• After Effects for motion graphics and VFX.
• Experience with photography post-production and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts with the Director and translate briefs into visual content.
• Design print and digital materials: brochures, menus, ads, signage, social assets.
• Plan and conduct video and photography shoots across resort settings.
• Prepare storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules; coordinate talent and equipment.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage.
• Edit videos for social media, campaigns, websites and presentations.
• Color correct, grade, and mix audio; subtitling and platform formatting.
• Create motion graphics and transitions for videos and digital displays.
• Collaborate with social media to align with calendars and brand priorities.
• Ensure AI-assisted content meets brand, copyright, and privacy standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Liaise with printers and production partners; review proofs.
• Maintain organized library of footage and assets.
• Secure permissions and usage rights for content.
• Stay updated with design/video/AI tools to improve output.
