Job summary

Accor and Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island seek a seasoned Content Creator to bring resort experiences to life through compelling design, photography and video. You will work with the Director of Marketing & Communications to produce content across print, digital and social platforms, supporting campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and revenue.

The role combines graphic design, video shooting, editing and motion graphics.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, videography and video editing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or a creative agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts with the Director of Marketing & Communications, translating briefs into effective visual content.
• Design print and digital materials, including brochures, menus, advertisements, presentations, signage, email graphics, social media assets and digital screen content.
• Plan and conduct video and photography shoots showcasing accommodation, dining, wellness, events, guest experiences and colleagues.
• Prepare storyboards, shot lists and production schedules, coordinating locations, talent, props and equipment.
• Operate cameras, lighting, microphones and stabilization gear to capture high-quality footage and audio.
• Edit videos for social media, campaigns, websites and presentations, including Reels, Stories and promotional films.
• Complete colour correction, colour grading, audio editing, subtitling and platform-specific formatting.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography and transitions for videos and digital displays.
• Work with social media to produce timely content aligned with campaigns and brand priorities.
• Use AI-assisted tools for concept development, storyboarding and editing with human review of outputs.
• Ensure AI content meets brand standards and privacy requirements.
• Maintain organised library of footage and assets.
• Secure permissions and usage rights for people, music, imagery.
