Job summary

IRTH is looking for an experienced Electrical Inspector to join our MEP supervision team in Dubai. The candidate will inspect electrical installations to ensure they meet Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence standards.

With 5–8 years of UAE experience in relevant projects, the ideal applicant should demonstrate a thorough understanding of electrical inspection procedures, document maintenance, and coordination skills. This role includes benefits like private health insurance and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in electrical inspection and supervision.
• Mandatory experience on Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence regulated projects.
• Experience in hospitality, residential high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations.
• Review Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct inspections timely.
• Verify installations against approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Identify non-conforming works and issue observations/NCRs.
• Monitor material approvals and installation quality.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve site issues.
• Witness testing and handover activities.
