Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and bring at least 15 years of overall professional experience in construction supervision. A substantial portion of this experience should involve major infrastructure projects covering roads, utilities, pumping stations, and community development works. Recent and significant experience delivering community development projects is essential, with previous work in Dubai strongly preferred. Candidates must understand NOC procedures, commissioning requirements, government authority specifications, approval processes, and infrastructure handover procedures applicable within the Emirate of Dubai. A broad technical understanding of civil infrastructure standards and engineering codes is required, supported by the ability to supervise multidisciplinary construction activities and resolve complex site interfaces.
