You will assist with inquiries, reservations, and light refreshments, keep the lounge spotless, manage supplies, and coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor with guests and residents.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced lounge.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and guest records.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
• Prior hospitality or customer service exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates As a Residences Lounge Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents and guests have an exceptional experience in our exclusive lounge area Your warm personality and commitment to outstanding service will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area with a friendly and professional demeanour Assist guests with inquiries requests and reservations for lounge services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and presentation Prepare and serve light refreshments beverages and snacks as required Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues promptly Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area Provide information about local attractions dining options and services to guests Maintain accurate records of guest interactions requests and feedback

Qualifications
