Job summary

SO/ in Dubai seeks a friendly Residences Lounge Assistant to greet residents and guests, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and deliver exemplary service in our exclusive lounge area.

You will assist with inquiries, reservations, and light refreshments, keep the lounge spotless, manage supplies, and coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor with guests and residents.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced lounge.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and guest records.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
• Prior hospitality or customer service exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge area to high standards.
• Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages and snacks as required.
• Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintained.
• Assist in organizing and setting up for events in the lounge.
• Provide information on local attractions and services to guests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
