From managing arrivals and departures to coordinating resident requests, lease renewals, and service arrangements, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless residential lifestyle experience. Working closely with residents, guests, and internal departments, your attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care will contribute directly to the success of our Residences operation and the overall reputation of Rosewood.

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • You excel at building relationships and creating memorable experiences through genuine, personalized service.
  • You are a confident communicator with strong verbal and written English skills; additional language abilities are an advantage.
  • You are comfortable working with computer systems and handling administrative, financial, and operational tasks efficiently.
  • You remain calm under pressure, use sound judgment to resolve challenges, and work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.
