Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a skilled telephone sales professional to maximize accommodation sales for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of all Hyatt properties and confidently handle enquiries from guests, travel agents, and staff, including policy details and rate structures.

You will maintain accurate records, follow up within 24 hours, and perform day-to-day operations as directed by the Revenue and Sales Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Responsibilities

• To achieve the necessary telephone sales techniques to maximum the sales of accommodation for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
• To acquire extensive knowledge of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts to confidently answer enquiries from the general public, travel industry and staff.
• This knowledge includes guarantee and cancellation policies, as well as rack and corporate rate structures and payment methods.
• To achieve a general knowledge of travel industry, including terminology and in-house operations.
• Good Communication Skills.
• To maintain accurate records of all requests, following up within 24 hours with the property and the guest or travel agent.
• To perform day-to-day operations functions and other tasks as assigned by the Revenue and Sales Manager or Supervisor.
