Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in credit control or collections.
• Background in Accounting/Finance.
• UAE Driving License.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable debtor ageing and outstanding balances on a daily basis.
• Follow up on due and overdue payments through calls, emails, statements, reminders, and negotiations.
• Identify high-risk accounts, resolve payment discrepancies and escalate collection issues as required.
• Coordinate with Sales, BDEs and Hire Desk regarding customer payments, advances and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Prepare ageing, collection and management reports.
