Job summary

Affle in Dubai seeks a Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable & Collections to manage overdue accounts, ensure accurate recording of payments, and maintain client relationships. You will coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow.

The role requires 2–4 years in accounting/finance, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Office-based in Dubai with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• 2–4 years in Accountancy/Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day collections activities and AR operations.
• Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve disputes.
• Record receipts, process partial payments, and apply adjustments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and liaise with sales and service teams.
• Maintain client communications and documentation per SOPs.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with policies.
