Vesla Motors in Dubai is seeking a responsible Rent a Car Driver to support daily rental operations, ensuring timely delivery and collection of vehicles, handovers, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of UAE roads, especially in Dubai, and be punctual, reliable, and professional when dealing with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience in the UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License is required
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations
• Strong customer service and vehicle handling skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect rental vehicles safely and on time
• Conduct vehicle handover and collection procedures professionally
• Inspect vehicles before and after handover and report damages or issues
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer use
• Assist customers with basic rental procedures and information
• Follow routes using GPS/navigation
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and movements
• Report accidents or issues to management
• Coordinate with operations and rental teams on vehicle movements
• Comply with UAE traffic laws and company policies

Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible, professional, and customer-focused Rent a Car Driver to support daily rental operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery and collection of rental vehicles, vehicle handovers, inspections, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of UAE roads, particularly Dubai, and be punctual, reliable, and professional when dealing with customers.

Primary Duties

• Deliver and collect rental vehicles from customers safely and on time.


• Conduct vehicle handover and collection procedures professionally.


• Inspect vehicles before and after customer handover and report any damages or issues.


• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer use.


• Assist customers with basic vehicle information and rental procedures.


• Follow assigned routes using GPS/navigation applications.


• Maintain accurate delivery, collection, and vehicle-related records.


• Report accidents, damages, mechanical issues, or other vehicle concerns to management.


• Coordinate with the operations and rental teams regarding vehicle movements.


• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.


• Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience: Not specified in source posting; minimum 1–3 years of driving experience in the UAE, with previous Rent A Car company experience preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of Dubai roads, areas, and locations; basic knowledge of vehicle handling and maintenance; familiarity with vehicle delivery and collection procedures.
