Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license (Category 3 – Light Vehicle) is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes and traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record with safety awareness.
• Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company van in compliance with UAE traffic laws and policies.
• Transport staff, visitors, and authorized personnel to various locations.
• Deliver and collect materials, documents, equipment, and company supplies.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries according to schedules.
• Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and fuel usage.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain the vehicle.
• Report accidents, violations, defects, or maintenance needs.
• Maintain trip records, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials when required.
• Obtain delivery acknowledgments and maintain documentation.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and suppliers.

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Van Driver to safely transport employees, materials, equipment, and company goods to designated locations across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license, good knowledge of UAE roads, and a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company van in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport staff, visitors, and authorized personnel to various locations as required.
• Deliver and collect materials, documents, equipment, and company supplies.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries according to assigned schedules.
• Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and optimize fuel usage.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, and fuel levels.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle defects, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Obtain delivery acknowledgements and maintain necessary documentation.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, suppliers, and employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
