Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a VC Partnerships & Business Development Manager to build relationships with venture capital firms and create a new growth channel. You will identify, engage, and develop partnerships with VC partners and portfolio companies to drive Pragmatike's talent solutions across their networks.

This role offers fully remote collaboration, significant ownership, and direct interaction with Pragmatike's founders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, recruiting, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience with VCs, venture-backed startups, founders, or the startup ecosystem.
• Understanding of how venture capital firms operate and support portfolio companies.
• Comfort reaching out to and building relationships with senior investors, partners, and executives.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of building something from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build Pragmatike's VC partnerships channel from the ground up and define outreach strategy.
• Engage with venture capital funds, principals, platform teams, and operating partners to generate opportunities across portfolios.
• Position Pragmatike as a trusted talent partner for portfolio companies and introduce our talent solutions.
• Own the end-to-end process from target funds to partnerships and revenue generation.
