Job summary

Hlthera is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Executive in a remote-friendly role to identify and develop new growth and partnership opportunities. You will build relationships with organisations and key decision-makers, and turn first conversations into meaningful collaborations that move healthcare forward.

You'll work closely with our leadership team at an important stage of our journey, shaping how Hlthera grows and expands its presence in healthcare, with the flexibility to work from anywhere

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with an ownership mindset.
• Curious, proactive and able to build what comes next.
• Experience in business development, growth partnerships, healthcare or tech is valuable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new growth and partnership opportunities.
• Build meaningful relationships with organisations and key decision-makers.
• Introduce Hlthera and communicate the value of what we're building.
• Develop opportunities from first conversation through to partnership.
• Represent Hlthera in meetings, events and industry conversations.
• Bring market insights into the business to shape better decisions.
• Work closely with the team as Hlthera grows in healthcare.
