Job summary

PAIRES seeks an experienced investor relations professional to manage and grow a direct-investor network. You will identify and engage family offices, UHNWIs, and angels, converting conversations into investments while maintaining ongoing engagement.

You will work remotely with the co-founders and the investor team, gaining insight into deal screening and diligence processes, and you will be compensated with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building investor relationships and closing opportunities.
• Ability to move investors from first conversation to direct investment.
• Strong judgment on investor fit, sector and check size.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your investor relationships on an ongoing basis.
• Source new investors and maintain a qualified pipeline monthly.
• Match opportunities to investor preferences and engage promptly.
• Collaborate with co-founders and the investor team to screen deals.
