Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced FP&A and corporate finance professionals to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on building forecasts, financial models, and board-ready reports to support AI-driven workflows.

The engagement is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start and $100/hour compensation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience and exceptional document craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and financial models to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop rolling forecast models, variance bridge decks, driver-based operating models, and board-ready P&L decks.
• Prepare monthly flux commentary memos and scenario analyses as needed.
