Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

You will own execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple client accounts, using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and scale media investment. You will collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers to translate performance signals into actionable growth strategies, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in paid media or user acquisition, preferably at an agency or consumer app.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience across TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google and others.
• Manage campaigns across multiple client accounts with focus on performance and growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention and other metrics.
• Diagnose performance changes due to fatigue, shifts, attribution, or market factors.
• Design and execute testing across audiences, creatives, bidding and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale client programs.
• Maintain campaign hygiene: naming, UTM, QA, and org structure.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to align insights with media buys.
• Leverage proprietary tech and data to spot growth opportunities.
• Prepare clear performance insights and client-ready recommendations.
• Create compelling presentations for client meetings.
