Plutozz in the UAE seeks a proactive sales professional to generate new business, engage with potential clients, and close deals remotely. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation and conversion, while maintaining accurate records and pursuing monthly targets.

Excellent English communication is essential; familiarity with Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is a plus. A commission-based structure applies as you build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates with sales, telesales, business development, or customer service experience are preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic communication skills will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact potential businesses and introduce Plutozz services.
• Understand the client's business requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain service packages, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain communication until conversion.
• Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients.
• Negotiate with clients within the company's approved pricing structure.
• Convert leads into confirmed customers.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
