Job summary

Dune Strategy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Recruiter to move a short list of candidates for senior analyst and consulting support roles. You will source, screen, and map relevant experience to engagements, then draft succinct notes for partners ahead of interviews.

The role is permanent, full-time and fully remote from Dubai. You will coordinate scheduling across time zones and maintain confidential candidate records to help partners decide quickly and confidently.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes from studies or internship.
• Clear writing that describes a person succinctly.
• Care with detail in names, dates, titles and availability recorded correctly.
• Organised approach with multiple searches open and none slipping.
• Discretion to protect candidate information.
• Willingness to learn sectors we hire into and ask questions when a profile is unclear.
• Strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates across channels for research, analyst and consulting support roles.
• Reading profiles and CVs, mapping experience to engagement needs.
• Writing concise partner notes for interviews.
• Keeping the candidate pipeline visible and up to date.
• Coordinating interview scheduling across time zones with candidates and partners.
• Maintaining confidential candidate records and correspondence.
