Job summary

Postscript is an AI messaging platform trusted by over 20,000 Shopify brands to drive revenue through SMS and email marketing. We seek a technically adept, revenue-focused specialist to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to bring our conversational commerce vision to life.

You will lead technical discovery calls, demos, and POC deliveries, guiding API integrations and creating implementation content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role (Solutions, Sales, or Support Engineer).
• Strong ecommerce knowledge with Shopify ecosystem preferred.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript and CSS.
• Ability to create POC product integrations using documented APIs.
• Experience with high-GMV DTC or omnichannel retailers.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to bring conversational commerce visions to life.
• Lead technical discovery calls and prepare demos to showcase advanced platform capabilities.
• Execute delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for complex customer use cases.
• Provide technical guidance for API integrations and create technical content for implementation.
• Act as a link between GTM and Product teams to document and prioritize customer requests.
• Support onboarding and customer support teams with technical troubleshooting.
