Job summary

Postscript, the AI messaging platform powering SMS and email marketing for 20,000+ Shopify brands, seeks a senior deliverability expert to own end-to-end email deliverability strategy and authentication standards.

You will design IP/domain warming, monitor sender reputation, and collaborate with product and engineering to build tooling, while ensuring CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated email deliverability experience.
• Fluency with Google Postmaster Tools and Yahoo Sender Hub.
• Deep technical command of email authentication and IP/domain warming.
• Hands-on experience managing deliverability for high-volume senders.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce/DTC brands.
• Ability to translate technical details into actionable strategy for marketers.
• Experience building functions or processes from scratch.
