• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and automation.

• Understanding of sales funnels and online customer behavior.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Shopify & eCommerce Operations: manage store, upload products, optimize listings, monitor carts, and improve conversions.
• AI‑Assisted Content Creation: generate social content, scripts, emails, and blog material with AI tools.
• Social Media Management: grow presence on major platforms, post daily, engage audience, research trends.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: contact salons and influencers, coordinate collaborations, build partnerships.
• Email & SMS Marketing: run Klaviyo flows, abandon cart recovery, campaigns, and loyalty messaging.
• Marketplace Support: assist with Amazon Canada, Etsy, Walmart and other channels.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: weekly sales, traffic, engagement, campaign results, growth recommendations.
