Job summary

Sitecore in Dubai seeks a Solution Engineer with strong presentation and technical background to support Channel Partners across APJ MEA and Southern Europe. You will served as the primary contact for partners, delivering technical and strategic support throughout sales cycles and helping shape customer success with Sitecore solutions.

In this role you will demonstrate tailored Sitecore demonstrations, develop proofs of concept, and collaborate with internal teams to enable upsell opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience combining technical elements with business needs and client requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate software using a value-based approach.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and integrate multiple products to create solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for designated partners fostering strong relationships across all levels
• Understand each partner's objectives, challenges and requirements aligning Sitecore solutions accordingly
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and contract renewals to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enable exceptional support
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform product enhancements
• Support our partners' sales teams with technical aspects of the Sitecore sales processes
• Enable and assist partners in the prospecting phase to deliver the best possible solution proposal
• Deliver bespoke demonstration scenarios of the Sitecore software solutions
• Develop and deliver Proofs of Concept to Sitecore partner prospect organizations
• Occasional public speaking at events in the regions
• Solution prototyping, delivery, skinning and presentation
• Spend time learning and upskilling on the platform and related technologies and features
• Writing technical answers and proposals to RFIs/RFPs from prospects
