Job summary

Lightnet is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate client acquisition, grow settlement volumes, and strengthen corridor activity in its Digital Assets business line. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding, targeting PSPs, OTC traders, crypto exchanges, and financial institutions.

The role is remote with a strong emphasis on revenue growth, collaboration with treasury and compliance, and achieving TPV and NRC targets in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within fintech, FX/payments, or digital assets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and volume targets.
• Strong network across PSPs, remittance firms, OTC desks, or exchanges.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of handling complex deals independently.
• Understanding of stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and partners across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, and remittance firms.
• Drive cross-border settlement volume and liquidity into stablecoin and payment rails.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, contract and onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly TPV and NRC targets.
• Identify and pursue new corridor opportunities (e.g., THB PHP, PHP IDR, CNY/CNH, SGD).
