The role requires 5–8 years in premium reconciliation or related finance functions, strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate across virtual teams while maintaining strict controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in premium reconciliation, insurance accounting or related finance roles.
• Senior reconciliation or financial control experience in insurance, brokerage or financial services.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP platforms, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily to monthly premium reconciliation activities remotely.
• Reconcile premium collections with insurer statements, broker records and GL.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate postings across systems.
• Monitor unapplied cash, short/overpayments, and unmatched transactions.
• Coordinate with finance, underwriting, policy administration and collections teams to resolve issues.
• Support month-end/year-end closings and audit preparations.
