Job summary

Intelligent Solutions HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking an Operations Specialist (UAE National) for a multinational insurance client. The role emphasizes premium reporting, reconciliations, collections, and remittance processes with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will use advanced Excel tools, support monthly reconciliations, liaise with internal teams and banks, and maintain data quality in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Emirati with Family Book – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, and large datasets.
• Experience in reconciliation, remittance, collections, or reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support premium reporting and reconciliation activities across multiple accounts.
• Review and process collections, bank statements, wire transfers, and premium uploads.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot macro-enabled Excel tools used for reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and bank relationship managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to internal processes and timelines.
• Identify and escape errors or discrepancies and support timely resolution.
