BruntWork is seeking a Senior Interior Design & Fitout Appointment Setter in the UAE to be the first voice prospects hear. You will nurture relationships, introduce services consultatively, and set qualified appointments from an existing lead database, supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities include CRM record-keeping in Odoo, sending portfolios, and tailoring messaging across commercial, hospitality, education, F&B, and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of appointment-setting or outbound sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Experience with European/US clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking.
• Ability to learn technical details about design and fitout services.
• UAE-based experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to prospects from an existing database via phone and email.
• Engage prospects in consultative conversations that build rapport.
• Identify renovation and fitout needs through discovery.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain records in the Odoo CRM.
• Send portfolios and materials to prospects.
• Escalate detailed inquiries to the sales team.
• Adapt messaging based on prospect industry.
• Provide updates on outreach activity and appointment conversions.
