Job summary

An established UAE branding and interior design consultancy is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead concept creation and design development from client presentations through to material finishes and FF&E selection.

You will create and lead design concepts focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainability, presenting solutions to clients and guiding mood boards, finish selections, and procurement discussions.

Qualifications

Degree in Interior Design or related, internationally recognised.
9–10 years' experience on residential and workspace projects.
Strong space planning skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD; Rhino and Revit are a plus.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Create and lead design concepts focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainability.
Present design solutions to clients and lead presentations.
Prepare mood boards, material/finish selections, and presentation material.
Lead procurement and client discussions on furniture and materials.
Manage teams and work packages, delivering to scope and deadlines.
Lead project delivery across stages and manage budgets/profitability.
Maintain clear communication with clients, project teams, and consultants.
Balance multiple projects, reporting to the project lead.
