Earth Valley is seeking a Senior Concurrency Debugging Specialist to identify and resolve complex concurrency issues across distributed systems. You will diagnose race conditions, deadlocks, and thread contention while improving stability and performance.

This fully remote role values deep expertise in Java, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or Python, along with strong debugging, profiling, and collaboration with dispersed engineering teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5–8 years in software development or debugging.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization.
• Experience with Java, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve complex concurrency defects, including race conditions and deadlocks.
• Analyze multithreaded and asynchronous applications for synchronization issues.
• Develop debugging strategies using profiling, tracing, and logging tools.
• Review code to identify unsafe shared-state access and memory visibility issues.
• Design concurrency tests and reproduce tricky defects.
• Document root causes and corrective actions.
