Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

• Strong programming in C++, Rust or Java.

• Experience with profiling, benchmarking and latency measurement tools.
• Familiarity with Linux performance diagnostics and cloud/containers.
• Independent work in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize low-latency software architectures and workflows.
• Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and latency issues.
• Optimize CPU, memory, threading and network communication.
• Develop concurrent and asynchronous processing mechanisms.
