Job summary

KIRIN NOVA REAL ESTATE L.L.C S.O.C is seeking a Senior Runtime Performance Specialist to analyze and optimize runtime behavior across complex software systems. You will profile, benchmark, and tune CPU and memory usage, GC behavior, and concurrency to improve response times and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software/performance engineering experience.
• Experience profiling and optimizing production applications.
• Strong knowledge of memory management, garbage collection, concurrency.
• Experience with at least one major runtime ecosystem (Java/JVM, .NET CLR, Node.js, Python, Go).

Responsibilities

• Analyze runtime behavior to identify bottlenecks, latency, and inefficiencies.
• Conduct profiling across runtimes, OS, virtual machines and supporting infra.
• Optimize CPU, memory, GC, threading and concurrency characteristics.
• Develop benchmarks, load tests, and stress tests to evaluate performance.
• Review GC behavior, heap usage, memory leaks and fragmentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Establish baselines, SLIs/SLAs, and runtime health indicators.
• Monitor performance across development to production environments.
