Job summary
The Earth Keepers is seeking a Senior Performance Benchmarking Specialist to evaluate software, applications, and infrastructure through structured performance testing and benchmarking. You will establish baselines, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve scalability, responsiveness, and resource utilization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering or IT.
- 5–8 years in performance engineering or benchmarking.
- Experience with load-testing tools: JMeter, Gatling, k6 or Locust.
- Familiarity with Grafana/Prometheus monitoring.
- CI/CD integration for automated tests.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance benchmarks for applications, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and infrastructure.
- Establish baselines and measurable benchmarks for critical workloads.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, scalability, and regression tests.
- Analyze latency, throughput, and resource usage.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for engineering teams.
- Recommend improvements and validate via follow-up tests.
