Job summary
Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote delivery team. You will gather requirements, configure Time Tracking, and ensure seamless integration with HR processes for client environments.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of SAP SF experience, with strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills. This is a remote, globally oriented role based in the United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or IT or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically Time Tracking/Time Management.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking in SAP SF.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical specs.
- Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand time tracking needs and objectives.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet requirements.
- Conduct workshops and training for end-users on system usage.
- Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking features.
- Provide ongoing support for time tracking issues and enhancements.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors trends and best practices.
