Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote delivery team. You will gather requirements, configure Time Tracking, and ensure seamless integration with HR processes for client environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of SAP SF experience, with strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills. This is a remote, globally oriented role based in the United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically Time Tracking/Time Management.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking in SAP SF.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical specs.
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication.

• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
