Müller's Solutions in Dubai is seeking a skilled SAP SFSF ECP Consultant to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients. You will work with HR teams to configure payroll systems to meet needs effectively.

The role requires 4+ years of SAP SFSF ECP experience, strong payroll knowledge, and excellent communication to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes in SAP environment.
Strong analytical skills to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client/workforce.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Experience with ECP payroll integration with other HR modules preferred.
SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and ECP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF ECP to align with client payroll requirements.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze payroll processing requirements.
Conduct system testing, provide user training, and support end-users during implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues for timely payroll runs.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting payroll.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ECP payroll solutions.
