Job summary

Müller’s Solutions seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. You will help organizations implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities and work closely with clients to gather requirements and configure the system for seamless integration with HR processes.

You will conduct workshops, provide end-user training, and support testing, validation, and deployment of time tracking features.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
4+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Management.
Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking in SAP SF.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking needs and objectives.
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
Assist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time tracking-related issues.
