Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. You will gather requirements, configure Time Tracking, and ensure seamless integration with HR processes for client organizations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a track record of delivering workshops and client-ready solutions in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/IT or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Management.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking in SAP SF.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical specs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve client challenges.
• Excellent communication, especially with stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely and independently as part of a team.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus; up-to-date SF knowledge.
